About this release
Ink & Brass is HAI Soundworks at its most mischievous: vintage cartoon jazz, ragtime brass, vaudeville swing and musical slapstick for chases, crooked casinos, spooky comedy and quick bursts of game feedback. The pack ties 24 music tracks, 19 cues and 44 stingers and buttons to the same rubber-hose-era sound world.
The music can carry levels, menus and cutscenes, while the shorter pieces jump in when something opens, fails, reveals itself or simply deserves a perfectly timed musical wink. The complete developer pack is free or pay-what-you-want on itch.io.
